Using this method of bodybuilding, means that people are more informed about the needs of the body. When the body is fit and healthy, the chances of illness and injuries are less, therefore the long term benefits of having a strong toned body cannot be underestimated.

Natural bodybuilding, in my opinion, is much more challenging than training with steroids. First off, it is just you, your training, and your nutrition. No external force (steroids) are present to give you a boost. Therefore, I feel natural bodybuilding is more challenging. Natural bodybuilding workouts must be more precise as far as structure goes compared to steroid induced workouts.

Another thing I like about natural bodybuilding is you can easily maintain your gains. Steroid induced bodybuilders must cycle their drugs. This cycling makes there phyique go up, and down, up, and down. When they go off of steroids for good it looks like somebody popped them with a pin.
