Overtraining is biggest mistake natural bodybuilders make. Most think more is better! More is not better. The optimal amount of exercise followed by the optimal amount of rest is the key. I recommend tracking your workouts to determine if you are overtraining.
Personally I feel more rest is better than less rest. Your goal is to go into the gym and battle those weights. Don't overtrain! It is deadly for natural muscle results.
